In Stand Up Paddle (SUP) you will, as the name suggests, stand up in a paddle in rivers and reservoirs. As it is an activity practised in still waters and performed at your own pace, it is very easy to master and suitable for beginners.

Enjoy the surrounding landscape at the mercy of the current on a Stand Up Paddleboard.

What does it consist of?
Stand Up Paddle (SUP) consists of standing paddling on a board in the Lima or Vez River in calm areas with no current.

Choose to rent a SUP paddle, or to go down rivers accompanied by a monitor/guide.

Is it safe?
Yes. The use of safety equipment (waistcoats) is compulsory.

Can I do it in a group?
Yes. We have individual Stand Up Paddleboards or large boards, for paddling in groups of 4 to 8 people.

Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Accompanied by an adult on the board until the age of 8 years.
